About Dakhla City
At the edge of the Atlantic, the city of Dakhla is located on a 40 km long peninsula that forms the bay of Oued Eddahab. A true haven of peace between lagoon and ocean, Dakhla is a beautiful city of the south of the kingdom of Morocco. It is the capital of the region of Dakhla – Oued Eddahab.
Dakhla is a also growing economic center with an important sea harbor under construction, highways link with the north. It will also have an important sea water desalination plant powred by Wind Enegry unit to supply water for irrigation uses.
